1. Objectives

West Coast First Aid Training (WCFAT) is committed to providing the best service using experienced and qualified trainers with first class equipment to provide excellent outcomes for your organisation.

These booking terms ensure clarity of the booking process, course costs, and booking amendment costs.

2. Booking Process

• To book, advise the number of participants and date required.
• A quote will be issued including travel costs and course costs for your selected date.
• To accept the quote and book the course and date:
  • Accept the quote in writing and provide a purchase order number.
  • Travel and accommodation costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Upon receipt of order number, WCFAT will book the course.
  • Students will be invited to enrol and complete online pre-course learning.

3. Course Cost

• Participant numbers and course costs are agreed upon acceptance of quote. It is recommended that you have accurate participant numbers when booking.
• In the event of non-attendance, up to 10% of the booked participants' fees may be refunded, with a minimum charge of 10 participants.

4. Cancellation or Reschedule

• If a situation arises where the booking needs to be rescheduled, email accounts@wcfat.com.au to request a rescheduled date, at least 14 days prior to the course.
• If the original booking date is rescheduled or cancelled, any travel costs of the original course booking that cannot be recouped are payable to WCFAT.
• If the cancellation or reschedule is less than 14 days prior to the course, a charge of $500 per course plus travel is payable for trainer cancellation fees.
